Returns Policy

At Liveology, all our products are put through a series of rigorous inspection procedures to ensure they meet the highest Quality standards.

 

What if I want to return my product  ?

In case, you aren’t entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached). You can initiate a return by writing to us at support@liveology.in , stating your order number, and why you would like to return the product. We’ll look into the issue and get back to you within 48 working hours.  A return can be initiated upto 7 days from the day of receipt of the package only.

 

What if I receive a damaged product ?

If you have received a faulty product or product damaged in transit, please write to us with a few photos of the condition the package was received in.  We will look into the issue and get back to you within 48 hours.

 

What if I receive a wrong product or a product is missing ?

Incase a wrong product was delivered , or some items are missing from your order , please write to us at support@liveology.in or whatsapp us with a product image.
